On October 13th, around 1100 hours, suspect Charles Thomas Webster DOB: 02/1998, shoplifted copper at the Home Depot located on Renaissance Blvd NE. Mr. Webster stole five 3/4x10 feet red copper poles, one 3/4x10 feet blue copper pole, and a one-inch mini copper cutter. Mr. Webster fled on foot, but Home Depot employees were able to provide a description to law enforcement. Authorities were able to locate Mr. Webster and recover the stolen material. The total value of the material was estimated at $324.00. Mr. Webster does not have a history of recycling metal.
