	On 04/22/2025 to 04/28/2025, an HVAC supplier located on Phoenix Avenue was broken into. An unknown male suspect(s) broke into the northwest side of the yard causing damage to the fence. The unknown suspect(s) returned on site three times, once on 04/22, once on 04/27, and one other time on 04/28. The subject rummaged through boxes for metal which rendered the supplies inoperable causing $6,000 in damage. After further inspection a refrigeration coil was found to be stolen which is worth $4,000. It is unclear if the male suspect is the same suspect in all three occurrences. Unknown length and diameter. Surveillance has been provided. Total loss estimated at $10,000.
