Detailed Description of the Material

Theft of working aerial telephone cable. 109' of 300 pair cable was cut from an alleyway behind 600 S. Glasgow in East Dallas. Thieves pulled a vehicle underneath the low hanging cable and cut the line. Tire prints with a non-standard tread pattern were observed where the vehicle pulled up. Cable is not marked due to weathering, however the weight estimate was figued with sheathing removed.
